Raspberry Espresso Cocktail

Ingredienser

• 100ml Fentimans Premium Indian Tonic
• 25ml Espresso
• 25ml Vodka
• 20ml Monin Raspberry Syrup
• Garnish with fresh raspberries

METODE

1. Add ice to a tall glass.
2. Pour in the Monin Raspberry Syrup to create the base layer.
3. In a shaker (or jug), combine vodka and freshly brewed espresso and stir gently.
4. Slowly pour this mixture over the back of a spoon to float it above the syrup.
5. Top with Fentimans Premium Indian Tonic Water, pouring slowly to preserve the layers.
6. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
